VOTE: Top Ten Anti-Christian Acts of 2012 | No Cristianofobia – Osservatorio sulla Cristianofobia nel mondo

very year we publish a list of the year’s top 10 most egregious acts of anti-Christian defamation, discrimination and persecution in America. Some things on the 2011 list might surprise you.

For example, a Christian teacher was suspended after school administration discovered his support of traditional marriage posted on his personal Facebook page. In Montana, pro-lifers were attached by a firebomb during a prayer vigil in front of an abortion clinic. Police officers remarked that pro-lifers should expect this sort of reaction to their activities. A Bible study was shut down in San Juan Capistrano, CA after officials claimed the group needed a permit because it posed a risk to public safety and health.

Christians are being subjected to harassment, discrimination and persecution because of their faith.

YOUR VOTE COUNTS

Most Christians aren’t even aware of the attacks we mention in our list for 2012. This is a great opportunity to help equip them with the reality of anti-Christian bigotry and hostility in America.

Please, vote for the incidents you find most egregious then forward this article with the link to our survey to your pastor, and Christian family and friends and urge them to vote too.

We will be publishing the results of this poll to the whole nation. Voting ends December 20th.

The Top Ten Anti-Christian Acts of 2012

1. A Florida high school teacher was exposed after they invited a terrorist sympathizer to give pro-Islamic lectures in her classroom over the last three years. The speaker, Hassan Shibly, is on record standing up for the terrorist organization Hezbollah and defended a radical Imam who was killed after shooting at members of the FBI.

2. At the Minneapolis Pride Festival, a Christian evangelist was pushed into a “free speech” corner by local officials. Organizers from the parade asked the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board to make a “free speech zone” far away from the festival for people who disagree with homosexuality. The Board agreed, and now all opposition to the sin-fest are exiled.

3. California legislature voted to stop Christian counselors from providing help for children struggling with same-sex attraction. Now, counselors are unable to even suggest that it’s possible to overcome same-sex attractions.
